We try to keep E up a little later in the evening before his last feed to get him good and tired. It's usually a difficult task. Have you ever tried to keep a 3.5 week old awake when he wants to sleep? It's hard, very hard. But today E was more alert than usual, so we tried the bouncy seat. He actually stayed awake!! We were amazed. The seat also has an optional bar with pull toys that play music, but he's not old enough to make it work by himself, yet. Hubsters says that he thinks he'll be sick of the music in a year's time. I told Hubsters the music was not as bad as it could be with other toys.
Anyway, thanks to the Dunson's for the seat. We know it will get many, many, many, months of good use.
